WILL stands for Women In Law & Leadership and brings together women form around the world practicing law, justice and advocacy.

Programme

The programme covers the latest insights regarding ‘leadership in professional organisations’. WILL2014 gives you the opportunity to connect with like-minded female professionals. Exchange ideas and knowledge; become fully informed and get inspired by others!

The elements of this advanced leadership programme are leadership constellations, political (power) structures and bonding: collaborating in professional organisations. WILL offers a diverse programme with renowned speakers from around the world. The speakers all have extensive experience in executive positions. During WILL they share their insights and ideas with all of us.

DAY 1

12.00 - 13.30

Check-in and lunch

14.00 - 17.00

An exhilarating and dynamic plenary programme awaits, that includes inspirational success stories of female leaders, comprehensive short films and explorative interviews on the latest insights in the legal sector. At the end of the plenary programme there will be an interactive get-together with peers and speakers.

20.30 - 23.00

This evening the sharing of personal and professional background stories and insights will come to the fore even more. During the exclusive networking dinner at the beautiful Scheepvaartmuseum, you will find enough time and possibilities to meet and connect with old and new acquaintances.

DAY 2

09.30 - 13.00

In line with the first part of WILL2014, the following day continuously shifts between face-to-face interactions, vivacious keynote speeches and awareness-raising introductions about future global challenges. Around noon a closing lunch is served, where we look ahead to the future programme of WILL2015 and beyond.
