Overzicht
Since SAP R/3 release 4.6 programming in SAP is fully object oriented. You will learn what an ABAP class and an object is and how to use these object oriented programming elements. You will look at inheritance and interfaces using classes and subclasses. You will see how an object can trigger an event. The Class Builder tool will show you how global classes and interfaces can be used in ABAP programming.

The participant should have knowledge of, and preferably experience in, programming in ABAP at the level of the training module SAP NetWeaver ABAP Programming Reports . The participant should be familiar with the terms and concepts of object orientation at the level of the training module Object Oriented Concepts ('Object Gericht Denken').
