In this course you will register an inquiry of one of your potential customers and then create a quotation based on that inquiry. In the next step you will convert the quotation into a sales order, which completes the sales tasks. As part of shipping you will create delivery documents and to conclude you will create the invoice belonging to the sales order, which is part of billing.
Supported by master data and based on the organizational structure in SAP the Sales and Distribution process is described in the training SAPGASD.
