The PRINCE2® Practitioner-course elaborates on the PRINCE2® Foundation. Emphasis is on the seven PRINCE2®-themes: business case, organization, quality, plans, risk, change and progress. Most of PRINCE2® 'content' is emphasized within these seven themes. Furthermore, they form 80% of the PRINCE2® Practitioner-examination. Certainly, this course also contains the 7 principles, 7 processes and 26 management products of PRINCE2®. Like the PRINCE2® Foundation-course, the PRINCE2® Practitioner-course is theoretical by nature. However, in the PRINCE2® Practitioner-course the difference is that application of the PRINCE2®-knowledge will be held central. By means of exercising with a scenario, people's skills and knowledge will be applied.

The course contains the following exercises: o theme 'progress': an exercise for 'freshing-up' o theme 'organization: which person in the scenario is suited for which PRINCE2®-role? o theme 'business case': an exercise about the composition amongst other things o theme 'quality': exercises about the project product description, quality management strategy and quality review o theme 'plans': composition of a plan, product based planning o theme 'risk': e.g. exercises about risk responses, risk register o processes: 'managing a stage boundary' and 'closing a project' o work package: draw up a work package o theme 'change': change control procedure, composition configuration item records o exception report: to deploy an exception plan The course is a preparation for the PRINCE2® Practitioner examination. At the end of the course, all participants will receive a sample examination, including explanations. Already in the course, we will partially exercise the examination Twice is an Accredited Training Organization (ATO) in PRINCE2®.
