Module 1: Introduction to MOF introduces you to the business and IT trends that Created the Ned for MOF. After completing this module, you will be able to describe the major challenges now facing IT operations, and the MOF approach to service management. Module 4: MOF Team Model provides an overview of the MOF Team Model. It describes the principles of a successful team and presents the seven team role clusters and their goals for success.
