The course explains Cisco Unified Wireless hardware installation, administration, security, maintenance and troubleshooting. The course also addresses the Cisco Wireless Control System (WCS) and Location Tracking.

This course is intended for network and systems engineers with experience managing a data network who will be responsible for the planning, implementing and/or supporting an enterprise WLAN. The secondary audience consists of network administrators and designers with experience in a data network environment.
Benodigde kennis
The skills and knowledge delegates require to attend this course are as follows;
- Basic networking principles, TCP/IP, bridging, routing protocol, and VLAN operation. CCNA certification is required.
- Basic Microsoft Windows and Internet Browser navigation skills.
